This workshop celebrates the scientific career and accomplishments of Roberto Giacobazzi. Roberto is an esteemed computer scientist, Professor at the University of Arizona, and ACM Distinguished Member since 2023.

Beyond his scientific achievements, Roberto has been a trusted advisor, mentor, and friend to many in the community, profoundly shaping the journeys of students and colleagues.

All are welcome. Please contact us if you would like to share a few words, memories, research discoveries, or anything related to Roberto’s scientific career and life or if you just intend to participate to the event so that we can arrange the workshop accordingly.

News: The workshop will take place on Saturday, January 17th, in the morning (starting around 9:15 a.m.), until lunchtime.

In the afternoon, a social event is planned for those interested, featuring a guided tour of Mont Saint-Michel and a group dinner. Due to organizational constraints, the number of available spots for the social event is limited. Therefore, we kindly ask that you contact us by December 7th if you wish to participate.
